Ingredients
Method- 2 x 125 g raspberries punnets
- 30 mint leaves
- 6 limes, cut into wedges
- Crushed ice, for serving
- 2 cups pomegranate juice, plus extra for refilling
- 2 cups lemonade, plus extra for refilling
- Pomegranate rubies, to garnish
Method
IngredientsDivide the raspberries, mint and lime wedges between 6 glasses. Crush using a wooden spoon or muddler.
Fill each glass with crushed ice, pomegranate juice and lemonade and garnish with pomegranate rubies. Serve immediately. Refill as desired.
