15 minutesThis is everything you could want in a breakfast burrito and more! Melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef frikkadels meet cheese, rostis and eggs, all wrapped up tightly in a toasted tortilla and served with avo and jalapeno sauce for freshness and bite.

- 680 g Woolworths Wagyu beef frikkadels
- 1 T oil
- 4 white tortillas
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 250 g Woolworths frozen crispy potato rostis, air-fried
- 8 extra-large free-range eggs, scrambled
- fresh avocado, for serving

Method
Ingredients
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the frikkadels until browned and cooked through.
2. Lightly toast the tortillas and layer with the cheese, potato rostis, scrambled eggs and frikkadels.
3. Roll the up the wraps as tightly as possible and toast on a griddle pan.
4. Serve with the avocado and jalapeno sauce.
