Ingredients
Method- 2 Kassler chops
- Olive oil
- Bread
- Peas
- Feta
- 3 T red-wine vinegar
- 1 t whole-grain mustard
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 1 clove crushed garlic
Method
IngredientsIn a large frying pan over a medium to high heat, pan-fry 2 Kassler chops, cubed, until crisp. Remove.
Add 1 T olive oil to the pan and toast small chunks of bread.
Toss with blanched peas, crumbled feta and the Kassler cubes. Add red-wine vinegar, olive oil, whole-grain mustard, chopped parsley and garlic.
Toss and serve.
