Method- 1 medium head cauliflower, washed and dried
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 90 ml Woolworths Korean BBQ sauce
- fresh coriander, to serve
- lime wedges, to serve
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven’s grill.
2. Cut cauliflower into large florets. Place in a large bowl, drizzle over oil and add half a bottle Woolworths Korean BBQ sauce.
3. Place on a baking tray and grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower is browned.
4. Season to taste if desired and serve with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
