• 3 T Woolworths non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri drink concentrate
• 6 T Aperol® spirit cooler
• 150 ml Prosecco
• 4 T soda water
• ice
• strawberries and watermelon, to garnish

Method

Ingredients

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Strawberry Daiquiri concentrate and Aperol® and shake. Add the Prosecco and stir gently to combine.

2. Place a large ice block into 2 glasses. Pour over ice and top with soda water.

3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a wedge of watermelon.

Cook's note: Flavour ice blocks with a drop of cordial before freezing. Adding citrus and berries elevates the cocktail
