White chocolate-and-pistachio snowflakes

Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g white chocolate, melted
  • 50 g pistachios, chopped

1. Cut out a few 12 cm snowflakes using baking paper to make templates.

2. Thinly spread a layer of melted chocolate onto the templates, place on a clean tray and chill to set. Repeat the process 3 times, slowly building it up. Sprinkle the last layer with the nuts.

3. Chill for 20 minutes to set, then peel off the paper. Repeat with the remaining chocolate.
