Ingredients
Method- 1 Woolworths beech-smoked traditional bone-in gammon
- 1 cup ready-made cranberry and Port glaze
- English mustard, for serving
Method
IngredientsPrepare and cook the gammon according to the package instructions.
When cooked, carefully remove the rind. Spread with the glaze and slide under a hot grill to caramelise.
Allow the gammon to rest before serving on the bone with a pot of English mustard.
Cook’s note: For a different flavour, try honey and- mustard or honey-and-orange glaze.
