Ingredients

1 x 350 g Woolworths baby garlic and herb butter potatoes
2 T basil pesto
100 g Woolworths smoked snoek, flaked
Purple cabbage, shredded

Method

Microwave 1 x 350 g bag Woolworths baby garlic and herb butter potatoes until tender.

Halve and toss with 2 T basil pesto, 100 g Woolworths smoked snoek flakes and shredded purple cabbage.
