Ingredients
Method- 400 g chicken mince
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 T fresh ginger
- 1 red onion, sliced
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 T chopped coriander
- 2 T mint
- Soya sauce
- Rice-wine vinegar
Method
Ingredients1. Fry the chicken mince, garlic and ginger until golden and fragrant.
2. Toss with the onion, cucumber, chilli, avocados, coriander, mint and a splash each of lemon juice, soya sauce and rice-wine vinegar.
