Ingredients
Method- 2 cucumbers. rinsed
- ½ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 x 5 cm piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 t sesame oil
Method
IngredientsThinly slice the cucumbers and arrange in a salad bowl.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the cucumber.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
