Ingredients
Method- 200 g salmon trout
- 1⁄3 cup soya sauce
- 1 chilli, sliced
- 1 x 5 cm ginger piece, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 t sesame oil
- Coriander, to garnish
Method
Ingredients1. Freeze 200 g salmon trout for 1 hour, then slice thinly.
2. Mix 1⁄3 cup soya sauce, 1 sliced chilli, 1 x 5 cm piece sliced ginger, 2 cloves sliced garlic, the juice of ½ lemon and 1 t sesame oil.
3. Drizzle over the salmon trout and garnish with coriander.
