Ingredients
Method- 125 g wafer thin smoked chicken, shredded
- 200 g baby cabbage, shredded
- 1 stick celery, shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2 crisp mini cucumbers, shredded
- 3 salad onions, shredded
- 2-3 T coriander, chopped
- 2-3 T mint, chopped For the dressing, mix:
- 2 T fish sauce
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 T sunflower oil
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 t rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 t crushed chilli
Method
IngredientsMix together the salad ingredients, then toss with the dressing.
If the dressing seems too acidic, add a little more sugar.
Serve immediately.
