- 1 x 250 g sheet Woolworths all-butter puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 4–6 baby marrows, thickly sliced
- 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 1 free-range egg, beaten
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray and top with the baby marrow.
- Brush the pastry with the egg and cover with the cheese.
- Bake until edges are golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. Season and serve immediately.
