Method- 250 g ricotta
- 2 T honey
- 3 rooibos teabags
- 1 cup water
- 200 g sugar
- Golden kiwis
- Mint
Method
IngredientsBake 250 g ricotta at 200°C for 15 minutes. Simmer 1 cup water, 200 g sugar, 2 T honey and 3 rooibos teabags for 15 minutes until syrupy, then strain.
Spoon over the ricotta and serve with golden kiwis and fresh mint.
