Ingredients

Method
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 2 T honey
  • 3 rooibos teabags
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 g sugar
  • Golden kiwis
  • Mint

Bake 250 g ricotta at 200°C for 15 minutes. Simmer 1 cup water, 200 g sugar, 2 T honey and 3 rooibos teabags for 15 minutes until syrupy, then strain.

Spoon over the ricotta and serve with golden kiwis and fresh mint.
