Ingredients
Method- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- 1 beaten free-range egg yolk
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 2 T honey
- sliced banana and granadilla pulp, to serve
Method
IngredientsPlace plain yoghurt, free-range egg yolk, vanilla extract and honey in a saucepan.
Stir over a very low heat for 5 minutes, or until thick.
Serve with sliced banana and granadilla pulp.
