Banana with cheat’s vanilla custard

Ingredients

Method
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 beaten free-range egg yolk
  • ½ t vanilla extract
  • 2 T honey
  • sliced banana and granadilla pulp, to serve

Place plain yoghurt, free-range egg yolk, vanilla extract and honey in a saucepan.

Stir over a very low heat for 5 minutes, or until thick.

Serve with sliced banana and granadilla pulp.
