Baywatch rose pickles

20 minutes“If you know, you know that Pamela Anderson is making pickles now. As part of a project in collaboration with Flamingo Estate, she developed a jar of what they call rose pickles. I was so inspired, I decided to make my own: actual rosebuds that you can eat!” – Khanya Mzongwana
Ingredients
Method
- 12 mini cucumbers
- 3 cups white wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 200 g white sugar
- 1 T salt
- 10 g dill, chopped
- 12 pesticide-free rosebuds (remove the outer petals of a bunch of pink roses)
Method
Ingredients
Combine all the ingredients and place in a sterilised jar. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
