Ingredients
Method- 60 g rolled oats (or granola)
- 50 g raw cashews
- 40 g shredded, unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1⁄2 t cinnamon
- a pinch salt
- 1 1⁄2 T honey (or other sweetener such as dates)
- 1 T water
Method
Ingredients1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the ingredients are mixed well, but not long enough to turn them into a smooth paste.
2. Roll the mixture into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter. Chill so they remain firm.
