Ingredients
Method- 600 g Woolworths Traditional boerewors
- 4 beetroot, boiled and quartered
- 200 g strawberries, quartered
- 100 g feta, cubed
- 50 g microgreens
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 T olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
IngredientsGrill the boerewors over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned, cooked through and juicy.
Toss the beetroot, strawberries, feta and microgreens with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Scatter on a serving platter, season and serve with the boerewors.
