Ingredients
Method- 3 or 4 halved baby gem lettuces (or chicory)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1-2 cups blanched green peas
- Sea salt and milled black pepper
Method
IngredientsStir the lettuces or chicory in the heated oil. Pour in the stock. Add the peas, cover and cook for 5 minutes until wilted. Season.
Use as a side dish for roasted salmon, grilled line fish or pan-fried steaks.
