Ingredients
Method- 100 g raspberries
- 1 ripe mango
- 3 ripe plums, halved and stoned
- 3 cups lemonade
- 6 shots Campari
- 6 gherkin cucumbers, sliced
- 2 sticks celery
Method
IngredientsPlace half of the raspberries in the squares of an empty ice tray, then fill with water and freeze until set.
Place the remaining raspberries in a jug, along with the mango and plums
Top up with soda water, lemonade and Campari
Garnish with celery shavings, gherkin cucumber and raspberry ice blocks
