  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3 ripe plums, halved and stoned
  • 3 cups lemonade
  • 6 shots Campari
  • 6 gherkin cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 sticks celery

Cooking Instructions

Place half of the raspberries in the squares of an empty ice tray, then fill with water and freeze until set.

Place the remaining raspberries in a jug, along with the mango and plums

Top up with soda water, lemonade and Campari

Garnish with celery shavings, gherkin cucumber and raspberry ice blocks
