Ingredients
Method- 1⁄2 x 440 g can pineapple
- 1 t sugar
- 1 T coconut cream
- 2 tots rum
- 3 T fresh pineapple juice
- ice, to taste
Method
IngredientsBlend the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tall, chilled glass and serve.
Cook's note: Add a little winter warmth to this tropical classic with fresh chilli.
