Ingredients

Method
  • 250 g butter
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 140 g Woolworths dark chocolate drops, melted
  • 70 g Woolworths milk chocolate drops, melted
  • 500 g flour
  • For the coating:

  • 280 g Woolworths dark chocolate drops, melted

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the chocolate and mix until well incorporated. Add the flour and mix until a dough is formed.

2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 cm between two pieces of baking paper. Cut out stars in different sizes using cookie cutters, then chill for 30 minutes.

3. Bake for 20 minutes, allow to cool. Transfer to a cooling rack placed over a baking tray.

4. Once cool, pour over the melted dark chocolate. Bang the rack on the counter so the chocolate settles, then chill for 10 minutes until set.
