Ingredients
Method- 300 g 50% dark chocolate
- 175 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 75 g flour
- 5 free-range eggs
- Good-quality vanilla ice cream or cream, for serving
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 200°C.
Melt the chocolate and butter and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and flour, then beat in the eggs, one by one.
Combine the chocolate-and-butter mixture with the flour mixture and spoon into greased ramekins.
Bake for 8–10 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cream.
From my knowledge and experience from baking, fondant is a form of icing… to me this is a form of a chocolate cake… but thanks for the recipe, it looks great.
