Giant éclair

Sift the flour, Horlicks, cocoa, baking powder, salt and sugar together into a bowl. Whisk together the milk, egg yolks and butter.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold into the batter.
Cover the mixture and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Cook in a hot, greased waffle iron until golden and cooked through.
Serve with the ice cream, Chuckles and melted white chocolate.
