Method- Fresh tagliatelle
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 T olive oil
- Chorizo sausage, very finely sliced
- Baby marrow
- 1 carton of cream
- Parmesan, freshly grated, and seasoning
Method
IngredientsBoil fresh tagliatelle according to packet instructions until al dente. In a pan, fry the garlic in olive oil.
Add slices of chorizo sausage, very finely sliced baby marrow and cream. Toss through the cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan, and seasoning.
