Ingredients
Method- 200 g cubes of salmon
- Lime juice
- 2 T chopped capers
- A spoonful of plain yoghurt
- Rocket leaves
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Black pepper
- 4 Wraps
Method
IngredientsPan-fry cubes of salmon marinated in lime juice.
Add chopped capers, a spoonful of plain yoghurt, rocket leaves a squeeze of lemon juice and a crack of black pepper.
Heat four wraps and divide the mixture among them.
