For the doughnut meringue clouds:
• 6 Woolworths doughnuts
• 1 box Easy to Bake meringue mix
• Food colouring, a few drops (optional)
For the soft-serve doughnut towers:
• 12 Woolworths bakery doughnuts
• Woolworths ice cream, softened
• melted chocolate, for drizzling

Method

Ingredients

To make the doughnut meringue clouds:

Prepare Woolworths Easy to Bake meringue kit according to package instructions. Swirl through your favourite food colouring. Pipe onto Woolworths doughnuts. Serve immediately.

To make the soft-serve doughnut towers:

Stack 2 doughnuts. Spoon the ice cream into piping bags and pipe onto the top doughnut. Pour over the melted chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes before serving.
