Ingredients
Method- 12 baby onions, peeled
- 2 cups cream
- 300 g Woolworths caulistems or cauliflower florets
- 100 g Parmesan
- 50 g butter
- salt, to taste
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the onions in a baking dish and add the cream.
2. Top with the caulistems and Parmesan and dot with butter. Season.
3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the onions are soft. If the top is browning too much, cover loosely with foil.
