- 1 cabbage
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 3 T butter
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the cabbage into medium-sized wedges. Arrange in a baking dish, add the remaining ingredients and bake for 45 minutes.
