Ingredients
Method- 2 T butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 free range skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Grana Padano, grated, plus extra for serving
- 1 cup cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 800 g Woolworths creamy potato mash, for serving
- 1-2 t wholegrain mustard
Method
Ingredients
1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan.
2. Add the chicken and brown all over. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the cheese, cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the mashed potato according to package instructions, then stir in the mustard and extra cheese.
