Creamy cheesy chicken

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 4 free range skinless chicken breast, cubed 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Grana Padano, grated, plus extra for serving 
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced  
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
  • 800 g Woolworths creamy potato mash, for serving 
  • 1-2 t wholegrain mustard

1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan.

2. Add the chicken and brown all over. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

3. Stir in the cheese, cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Prepare the mashed potato according to package instructions, then stir in the mustard and extra cheese.
