Method- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 5 g fresh sage
- 500 g mixed brown and portabellini mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cups cream
Method
IngredientsSoften 1 diced onion in 30 g butter with 3 cloves crushed garlic and 5 g fresh sage.
Season to taste.
Add 500 g chopped mixed brown and portabellini mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
