Ingredients
Method- 300 g Rainbow Swiss chard
- 2 T water
- 2 T crème fraîche
- ½ t nutmeg
- 1 lemon
Method
Ingredients1. Slice 300 g Rainbow Swiss chard, then wilt in a pan with 2 T water.
2. Add 2 T crème fraîche, a squeeze of lemon juice, ½ t nutmeg and season to taste.
