Ingredients

Method
  • 300 g Rainbow Swiss chard
  • 2 T water
  • 2 T crème fraîche
  • ½ t nutmeg
  • 1 lemon

1. Slice 300 g Rainbow Swiss chard, then wilt in a pan with 2 T water.

2. Add 2 T crème fraîche, a squeeze of lemon juice, ½ t nutmeg and season to taste.
