Ingredients

- 4 slim sweet salad peppers, sliced lengthways
- 1 large or 2 small cos lettuce
- 6 small crisp cucumbers, sliced lengthways For the dressing, blend together until smooth and creamy:
- 1 disc feta, about 75g, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Milled black pepper

Arrange the pepper slices, cos leaves and cucumber strips on plates or a platter. Pass around the dressing to spoon over each serving.
