Butternut baked ziti

This may be the ultimate cheesy snack! Plus it's way easier to make than you think.
1. Blend or crush the corn strips until they resemble breadcrumbs, then mix with the breadcrumbs.
2. Coat the cheese in the flour, then dip into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s well coated. Finally, cot it in the before breadcrumb mixture. Heat the oil in a saucepan.
3. Carefully place the cheese into the oil and fry for 1–2 minutes, or until the outside is golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with your favourite salsa or tomato sauce.
