Chamonix Sauvignon Blanc Reserve
Ingredients

- 1 ciabatta loaf, frozen
- 3 T olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 250 g streaky bacon
- 100 g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 200 g strawberries, quartered
- 2 T balsamic cream
- Mint or coriander microgreens, to garnish

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly slice the ciabatta lengthwise using a serrated knife. Arrange the slices on a baking tray, brush both sides with olive oil and season. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until crispy and toasted.
Heat a frying pan over a high heat and fry the bacon until crispy.
Serve the crostinis with the bacon, goat's cheese, strawberries and balsamic cream. Garnish with mint or coriander microgreens.
