Method- 4 large pork chops
- Egg
- ½ cup Parmesan
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 T olive oil
- Green beans
Method
IngredientsDip a large pork chops in beaten egg and coat in flour. Mix Parmesan with breadcrumbs and pat over the chops to coat.Place a pan over a medium to high heat and add olive oil.
When hot, fry the pork chops until golden on each side. Finish off in a hot oven for 5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Serve with dressed green beans.
