Ingredients
Method- ice, to taste
- 1 x 200 ml can good-quality ginger ale
- 2 tots rum
- fresh ginger, to garnish
Method
IngredientsPlace the ice in a chilled glass and pour in the ginger ale.
Gently pour the rum over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the ginger ale.
Garnish with a sliver of fresh ginger.
