Ingredients

  • ice, to taste
  • 1 x 200 ml can good-quality ginger ale
  • 2 tots rum
  • fresh ginger, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

Place the ice in a chilled glass and pour in the ginger ale.

Gently pour the rum over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the ginger ale.

Garnish with a sliver of fresh ginger.
