Giant éclair

“Take readymade macarons (or make your own) to new heights by using them to create this showstopping centrepiece.”- Abigail Donnelly
1. Spread the Nutella (or home-made buttercream, if you prefer) all over a 23 cm polystyrene ball and stick on the macarons.
2. Decorate with the cake decorations and gold shimmer. Chill until ready to serve.
