Ingredients
Method- 3 free-range eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 90 g flour
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ¼ t salt
- ½ t ground cinnamon
- 4 T butter
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 Woolworths Ripe & Ready juicy pears, peeled, cored and sliced into 8 wedges
- crème fraîche, for serving
Method
Ingredients- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Melt the butter and sugar in a 23 cm ovenproof frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the pears and fry until soft and golden brown.
- Pour the pancake batter into the hot pan and place into the oven. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown. Serve with crème fraîche.
