- 4 nectarines
- vanilla ice cream, to serve
- frozen raspberries, to serve
Method
Ingredients1. Bring 2 cups water and the sugar to the boil to make a syrup. Reduce the heat, then add 4 nectarines and poach over a low heat for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and serve with vanilla ice cream and frozen raspberries.
