- ¼ cup Woolworths chilli-infused olive oil
- 100 g pancetta, diced
- 1 T Woolworths oak-smoked chilli flakes
- 2 slices ciabatta, broken into small cubes
- 4 balls Woolworths fior di latte
Method
Ingredients
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the pancetta and fry for 1 minute. Add the chilli flakes and bread and cook for 1 minute until golden. Spoon over the fior di latte and serve.
