Butter-bean baba ganoush

Delight in these easy fish croquettes with roasted garlic aïoli – crispy, golden bites of hake, mashed potato, and fragrant herbs. Perfect for a quick family meal or entertaining guests. Ready in just 40 minutes!
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Mix all ingredients together and shape into small balls of about 6 cm in size. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with roasted garlic aioli.
3 To make the aïoli, preheat the oven to 180°C. Halve the garlic, drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking tray. Roast for 40 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly soft. Combine the roasted garlic with the mayonnaise.
