  • 1 x 1 litre tub classic chocolate mousse
  • 1 x 215 g tub cocoa deli chocolate lollies

Place the tub of chocolate mousse in the freezer and chill until set.
When ready to serve, wrap in a large piece of white paper and tie with string for a dramatic visual effect. For a quirky finish, decorate with chocolate lollies.

Cook’s tip: Add halved strawberries laced with icing sugar and a big dollop of crème fraîche.
