- 160 g Fresh figs
- Cranberries, to sprinkle over the cheese
- Nuts of your choice, to sprinkle over the cheese

Cook's tips:
It's best to use seedless grapes for freezing as the pips can become rather hard when frozen. Red grapes tend to be a little sweeter than green ones which makes them a better candidate for freezing, as things taste less sweet when frozen. Frozen grapes are also delicious dipped in melted dark chocolate, eaten as is, for a snack, or added to a smoothie.
