Woolworths Chenin Blanc Noble Late Harvest Reserve 2007 (Ken Forrester)
Ingredients
Method- 1½ cups Woolworths Nobel Late Harvest Reserve Chenin Blanc
- 4 large ripe grapefruits, peeled
- 12 g brown sugar
- 1 x 10 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced lengthways, for serving
Method
IngredientsPlace a saucepan over a medium-to-low heat.
Pour in the dessert wine then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until the wine has reduced and the grapefruit is glossy, warm and plump.
Remove from the heat then serve each grapefruit with a spoonfull of sweet-wine reduction, candied ginger and lemon rind.
